Is there a way for a user to register themselves?

I would like users to be able to register themselves (eg !regme) to a minimum preset command profile, is there a way to do this?

Where do you want them to be registered? Are you asking about IRC bots scripting?

ok for example in ADCH there a simple hubside lua scripts provided with the hubsoft. One command is for the user to register themselves using +regme. This then adds the user to the users.txt as a level one user.

This is useful for instance if the hub is full and you would like only registered users to get in at that point.

The only way I can see users can be registered in the dshub soft is by Operators registering them using the command line, or the user being registered by GUI.

There is no auto-register process. You can add it to the requirement list on the sourceforge tracker system : http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=197166&atid=960378
