What version of bzr does bzr-svn 0.4.16 work with?

I see a release for bzr-svn 0.4.16 on launchpad, but it isn't listed here: http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrForeignBranches/Subversion#releases
Does this work with the newly released bzr 1.10?

 Yes, there is a 0.4.16. I've just updated the wiki page.

And I should probably go submit a bug report to Launchpad, so that I don't look like a complete idiot when I submit a comment saying it solved my question and then click the "This solved my question" button...
