Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/fedora> says that "Fedora Core has no official releases yet". That statement is false.

Main problem is, that distributions in launchpad can't have a releases or milestones at all :(
This couses a lot of problems with bugs management in other distros, which uses launchpad as main bug tracking system :(
Why only Ubuntu distribution has an ability to use milestones and releases in Launchpad?
