Bug Description
I noticed this MP was not marked as 'merged' despite the fact the branch was merged into launchpad devel as rev 11805 on Oct 27:

Looking at the branch it appears the branch scanner is still running on it, which is a problem.
I have not requested a LOSA to restart the scanner on the branch in case it might provide some evidence in its current state.

I'm fairly sure we have other newer scanner bugs; if we don't and it reocurs we'll open a critical; if we do, then they can be worked on :)
