upgrade ubuntu = crash using firefox

Could you please generate an apport crash report for this? A crash report will help in resolving your problem.
You can enable apport for one instance like this in the terminal:
sudo service apport start force_start=1

I am marking this invalid as apport will open a new bug when the crash is generated. Please include any relevant information from this report in the new bug report. I'm new and unexperienced user so I need easy instructions
I did the sudo apport command (do I need to do it after a crash or whatever other moment is ok?)
it said: apport start/running
so I don't know if the crash report is generated or not. what I'm suppose to see?
after that pc starts crash badly several time: screen goes black and blinking I tried to write down the errors message but it goes so quick I didn't have the time

Apport should show a crash notification in the notification area once you reboot, you may find it helpful to read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport. There should be files in /var/crash that you can execute and that will generate a crash report using apport.

After starting apport you need to cause the program to crash before it will generate a crash report.

ok so if I've well understood each time I switch on my pc I have to do the sudo apport command and than start firefox.
of course I can not provoke the program to crash but hopefully it will happen and generate the crash report
is this correct?

The entire command is 'ls -l /var/crash/*firefox*' without the quotes. It is the list command, it lists a directory's components, you can find out more about it by typing 'man ls' in the terminal.

It doesn't seem like you successfully had apport gather a crash report. You can make it so apport its always on, and then turn it off after you successfully gather a report if you're having problems.
