I am pretty sure this is because of the DB issues we had until 10 minutes ago. Setting to incomplete but if it happens again please re-open this bug.

Thanks for posting the OOPS Sarah. I think this is transient, it looks like one of the other data centre processes is locking some tables that this page needs, we're looking into it.
