Ability to auto-resize columns/rows

Bug Description

It would be handy if Terminator could automatically re-distribute desktop space.

Ie: double click on a vertical bar would have it re-arrange the columns to be evenly spaced.

double click on a horizontal bar, to have the rows re-arranged to be evenly spaced.

So if you had three columns, a double click would result in each column taking up 1/3rd of the screen.

This would indeed be very interesting. As we discussed, I suspect it would be non-trivial to implement, because of the way we nest widgets, but I'll keep it as a Wishlist bug in case anyone has any bright ideas :)

I have an experimental branch implementing something like this. It's rather easy to confuse, but it mostly works-ish. It is indeed a fair amount of effort to get right; we could do with some higher level interfaces to help this sort of thing.
