PPA package counters and size estimation erroneously consider REMOVED packages

Bug Description

PPA package counters and size estimation should exclude REMOVED packages.

There is also an indication that the binary counter is not accurate, for instance see https://edge.launchpad.net/~mythbuntu-trunk/+archive.

We should also take this opportunity to implement caches and avoid those expensive queries on every page load.

I will reopen this bug to refactor the way we present package counter information in PPA pages, currently the counters refer to all packages ever published in the PPA in question. It should be presented like: 35 (123) sources: 200 Mbytes. For the record, the size value is accurate.

re-fixed in RF 5444, simply counting only *published* packages since the number of packages ever published is available indirectly via the search form.
