Where is the "-nt" option in the new AllTray?

Indeed, that option does not exist in the new AllTray.

The new AllTray works on an application-by-application basis, not a per-window basis. I'm not sure (though, I have never been a user of that feature, I use AllTray exclusively for docking things in the tray) but I don't know that it would be sensible to be able to disable the tray icon functionality of the application.

If it is a strongly desired feature, please file a bug against the new AllTray requesting that it be added (it wouldn't hurt to get other people to mark the bug as affecting them, as well, if they use that feature; I have been aware of the feature for some time now, but this is actually the first I have heard of someone using it). For my own benefit, a whole use case where the functionality is useful would help—it would help me to understand both why this feature is being requested (since it is, after all, an application whose point is to dock things to the tray) and if also if there would be some other means by which the same or similar use case can be enabled without quite making that level of change to the application.

It's the only way to have my apps started in the system tray without appear when I boot the PC.
Now I have to downgrade to the previous version but I can't find a PKGBUILD.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're saying exactly. You want to start
apps completely hidden? Can you provide details as to what this is useful
for and why not just put the apps in the session manager?

Yes I want to start apps completely hidden. Luckily I found the previous package version. I'll wait when alltray restore this (for me useful) option.

Yeah, same here. I used to start Firefox and Thunderbird in the background, completely hidden, at startup - Thunderbird to get it out of the way until I need it, Firefox because I had so many addons it took >10s to start. Then hide/show them with a keyboard shortcut, or just use new windows (=quick) for Firefox.

I just installed Arch (over Mint 9), and the repositories' version can't do this.
