The WIFI isn't there Acer Nitro V

Asked by Firly Hafiz Syahreza

I don't know why but, I cannot find my wifi on my ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa). If i open my settings, the wifi logo isn't there. Therefore, i cannot configure or use my wifi. I tried several ways but i don't think i solved the problem yet. Reinstalling the linux-module-extra and restart the network manager. After reading through other people with the same problem, I think the main problem is on my network driver. I might be wrong though. I'm using dual boot along side Windows 11. Here's my result from running the diagnostic command from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure :
