sudo apt update error and NO_PUBKEY F42ED6FBAB17C654

I am new to ubuntu, i am trying to install ROS . However, when i run sudo apt update, i keep on getting the following errors

1. E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/nilarimogard/webupd8/ubuntu jammy Release' does not have a Release file.

That PPA does not contain any software for the Ubuntu release that you are running, so that PPA has to be removed from your list of repository sources.

What output do you receive for the command

grep -i nilarimogard /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list

2. E: The repository 'http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu jammy InRelease' is not signed.

Try the following command from the installation instructions of ROS:

curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/ros.asc | sudo apt-key add -
