After installing kernel 5.15.0-102 pm-suspend was broken

Asked by Йож

pm-suspend dont failed, but when i trying to supend system it immediatly goes to power on.
At kernel 5.15.0-101 and previous i was need to echo XHC0 > /proc/acpi/wakeup to normal suspend, but now it not work.

Also if i try change properties on mate-panel (right click on panel and select "properties") mate-panel freeze (at kernel 5.15.0-101 mate-panel works perfect).

Can i submit this bugs as kernel bug? Maybe somebody also have troubles with 5.15.0-102 kernel?

I also have an issue with 5.15.0-102. [running 22.04 After suspend and resume the keyboard no longer works. Booting with 5.15.0-101 fixes the problem.]
